We retain site analytics records for a period of 50 months.

All financial transactions entered into through our website will be protected by encryption technology and secure web hosting UKFast.

You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

Our data and our clients’ data and websites are hosted within the European Union. We use UKFast and have a dedicated server which is securely keep within the UK.

4. amendments

We may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes to this policy.

5. external websites

Our website includes hyperlinks to, and details of, external websites. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy policies and practices of external websites.

6. our cookies

We use both session and persistent cookies on our website.

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information with our internal team. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and we use this to see how successful our marketing work has been and to analyse where our website traffic is coming from.

functional and third party cookies

The following cookies/pixels are the tracking codes from other 3 party websites that are used within our website; Facebook, Pinterest, SharpSpring (marketing automation), Hotjar, MailChimp and Instagram. We use these tracking code for internal purposes only. The only time we would share this information with another company would be work we cannot complete within the business. For example printing and posting a direct mail piece for ourselves or one of our client. The details can be obtained on request, but are not contracted to one organization.

We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website.

The analytics cookies used by our website have the following names: [_ga, _gat, __utma, __utmt, __utmb, __utmc, __utmz and __utmv].

The information generated relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of our website.
